Fundanoodle Fame

I have so much fun talking about Fundanoodle! Have you heard of us? It’s a new educational product line based in Charlotte, NC. I was there this past weekend singing their praises at the Southern Women’s Show. I ended up doing a local news segment at the last minute and had a blast!

This education readiness program designed by pediatric occupational therapists and elementary school teachers develops and improves the fine motor skills needed for success in and out of the classroom.

Visit my site to see all of these education products!  Contact me with any questions. I would love to tell you more about our products. I believe in it, am passionate about it, and see it making a lot of households and schools happy. For adorable demonstrations starring my daughter, Emma, visit our YouTube channel. Join the Fundanoodle family today!

When in Rome…

When in Rome (or at your sister’s house in Charlotte), you tend to do things the way they do them. I did a few things I wouldn’t normally do and it was kind of fun. Here’s what I did:

  • Watched college football.
  • Watched the Country Music Awards. I loved Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton!
  • Hung out with a dog named Barkley.
  • Did absolutely nothing for about 6 hours straight.
  • Didn’t have to be anywhere at any time for 3 days.
  • Ate a beignet.

TBT: Home Sweet Home

Since I’m in Charlotte for a few days, I thought I might share some photos from my 19 years here. I lived here from 1987-2006, in nine different houses and apartments. Graduated from college here. Got married and divorced here. Started my public school teaching career here. Bought my very own house here. Made countless friends here. Have very cherished memories here. I still, in some ways, consider it home. There will always be someone here who will take me in for a visit. Nice to know.
