I have recently discovered a moment in my yoga practice that feels really, really good. It occurs during Sun Salutation when my hands meet high over my head before I swan dive into a forward fold. There is a brief pause at my highest point, a breath, and a release. It’s really quite cool. I look forward to that moment and enjoy repeating it.
I like to think of it as a moment to identify with my Crown Chakra. And it is no wonder that it feels so good. Apparently, in that moment, I am closely identifying with empathy, unity, and the deepest part of my being.
Sounds good to me.
